Sila Venn

Sila Venn is a fictional Chamber survivor and contender in the final Nebu Calling in Eshari: Daughter of the Dark Alpha. She fights alongside Ossa Pell and Vorran Thrice. Her Ka’ru creates multiple reflections and makes the apparent source of an attack unreliable.

Mirrored combat

Sila multiplies the visual field with false rings, bodies and darkness, combining her power with Ossa's weapons. Some attacks pass through shadows while others reach flesh. Her tactics repeatedly frustrate attempts to identify one real body solely from what the opponents can see.

The Dark One initially takes what appears to be her heart, only for it to become glass. The fragments still carry her Ka’ru, allowing him to injure her through the connection. This limits but does not immediately destroy her reflected bodies.

Defeat

When the Dark One, Knargz and Zuberi release their full coordinated force, Sila's mirrors break. Zuberi follows the surviving voice and severs her real head with an axe. Five reflected bodies dissolve into light while the real body falls.

Her surname is also borne by other people in the novels, but the supplied account does not establish her as a relative of Darro Venn or Oshara Venn. Her demonstrated affiliation is the team she fights with in the Calling.
