Vorran Thrice is a fictional fighter in the final Nebu Calling in Eshari: Daughter of the Dark Alpha. He fights with Ossa Pell and Sila Venn against the Dark One, Knargz and Zuberi. Three old scars across his throat form part of his distinctive appearance.[1]

Weapon and fighting

Vorran carries a large rectangular sword whose three lengths remain linked by black Ka’ru. The arrangement lets him threaten several opponents while keeping the weapon functionally connected. He also relies on physical strength, catching Zuberi and continuing to fight after severe wounds.[1]

Final defeat

Zuberi recognizes that the sections are sustained as one weapon by the connecting current. Cutting that connection separates them. The three opponents then use the fallen pieces against Vorran before jointly severing his head.[1]

Even decapitation does not immediately stop the body. Knargz tears out the current still directing it, bringing the fight to an end. The narrative explicitly distributes Vorran's transferred power among all three men because all three contribute to his death. It does not attribute the complete kill to only one of them.[1]

Vorran's death precedes those of Sila and Ossa. The surviving trio subsequently receives the titles Alpha, Bote and Commander of Nebu.[1]
